Q: When is Father’s Day 2020? A: Sunday, June 21, 2020
Father’s Day is just around the corner and we know just how daunting it can be to get the man who seems to have everything. We’re not kids anymore so let’s leave the ‘ol pen and tie bit in the past where it belongs. It’s 2020 and the internet has just about anything for anybody of all shapes and sizes. You’re here because Dad likes technology and useful gadgets, and you’re in luck because we’ve got some pretty cool things to share today.
Even I have one of these and can’t help but want to gift it to everyone who doesn’t. It’s amazing for those who work from home, like to game with friends, or just want to relax while going through the cursed resume update.
It’s adjustable and has a side drawer to hold things like your Pen, charging cables, notes, or whatever you feel like you need nearby. We’re also guilty of using it as a breakfast in-bed-tray for special occasions! Check it out or similar ones like it on Amazon here.
There’s a pretty good chance that Dad doesn’t have one of these. They are both pretty nifty and cool. (lol)
Jokes aside, this is a pretty slick gift that anyone can enjoy. It can be plugged into a PC, a wall USB charger, or a battery pack.
But is it safe? Sure. Like most things, if you treat it properly. Also, no, the blades will not harm you. They are actually soft and will not do any damage. The only thing you should avoid, like any other item that spins, is to keep long hair from getting too close.
Also, it’s got an on/off switch for your convenience. Read more on its specs on Amazon here.
Again, this item is great for literally anyone – especially if they love music more than most. Vinyl records are still very much loved and appreciated and the focal point of everyone’s collection/altar is a nice record player.
Pop-in some headphones to enjoy in solitude or share the experience by connecting your speaker system. What really makes this player pop-out is it can also convert your records into MP3’s simply by connecting it to your computer! See more here.
Perfect for the Movie Buff. It can pop up to six cups of movie-theatre-style popcorn right in your own home. The lid doubles as a serving bowl. Simply add your ingredients, attach the lid, and turn on to start poppin’.
Good for a single person, date night, and small gatherings. Available in various designs (check them out here) and comes with kernel and oil scoops. This machine doesn’t air pop – you’ll need to add a bit of oil. Per the reviews, it works really well with most oils and many have said they use coconut oil as a healthy alternative.
Beats by Dre have always been a personal favorite over the years. I recommend them to anyone looking for some quality headphones that also offer premium comfort. PowerBeats do not disappoint. They are compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Perfect for those on their feet a lot at home, work, or those who work out often.
They come with built-in volume control and RemoteTalk. Use the built-in mic to play the music, adjust your volume, and activate Siri. One notable thing to throw out there is the power it packs and the speed of charging. Hook it up to the charger for at least five minutes before your workout and you’ll have enough power to last an hour. Definitely a gift most would love to receive. Thanks for reading and I’m sure no matter what you give your Dad for Father’s Day he is going to value it.
